Adopting a Senior Dog – my Public Service Announcement

While exploring my neighborhood recently, I’ve noticed a neighbor lady whose been walking her “new” dog, Ben.  Ben’s story inspired me to take a little time away from travel blogging to create a little Public Service Announcement.
